Roles and Responsibilities
WMS : Ensure warehouse management system compliance with efficiency. Ensure bin accuracy as per the declared standards. Ensure Inventory Record Accuracy (pilferage, loading & trip closing shortages etc.) as per standards. Handle Productivity (a. manpower / case for putaway, b. manpower / handling unit for picking / c. segregation / d. loading); (e. Electricity units per pallet = freezer, f. chiller, g. common); h. Average Loading Time / Truck Ensure the scrap realization Vs targets. Governance (GRNs, Freight SRNs, DMS Upload, PMS for MHEs, Scrap Disposal as per SOP, Cycle Counting as per SOP, definite reporting of safety incidents.) Budgets : 3PL rental target Vs actuals and maintaining within the budget. MIS reports relevant to the function Daily reports, weekly report and monthly reports.
