As a Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face on the floor – making customers feel welcome, serving great food and drink, and keeping the buzz alive from first hello to final game. You’ll follow clear standards, support across different areas, and escalat(e) issues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Guest moments: greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special.
• Service delivery: keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
• Game support: help customers understand how our games work and keep energy high around the venue.
• Safety & compliance: follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer‑gambling procedures; challenge age‑restricted behaviours confidently; report incidents promptly.
