The Quality Team Manager role will lead a team of engineers and analysts and supervisors to drive Best in World quality processes and standards. This position directly manages Incoming Quality functions, warranty analysis, internal auditors and measurement labs.
**What you'll do...**
+ Champion the Quality Operating System (QOS)
+ Member of the Plant Operating Committee and keep OCM informed of status on Quality issues.
+ Develop and Mentor plant personnel on the QOS, coach and train on the appropriate use of standard Quality Tools
+ Champion and Deliver the plant Policy Deployment Process for Quality.
+ Manage inspection processes and coordinate on-going review / update of the measurement systems and mandatory process requirements based on customer feedback (GQRS / Warranty).
