Our St. Thomas, Ontario plant (North Star Windows and Doors) is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily glass shop operations in our windows and doors manufacturing facility.

This role provides day-to-day supervision of the glass shop team on an assigned shift and is accountable for ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met or exceeded. The team consists of approximately 30-40 employees across two shifts operating on a biweekly rotation.



Reporting directly to the Senior Team Leader, the Team Leader's responsibilities include:

• Supervision of the department to ensure manpower is appropriately assigned and trained to meet safety, productivity, and quality standards
• Monitoring of equipment to ensure it is properly set up and maintained in working order
