Purpose of Role
Responsible for assisting the Manager in ensuring the highest standards of service are provided in accordance with B&F operating procedures, in order to meet and exceed guest satisfaction.
Responsibly Description
Manage and create menus according to guest needs and dietary requirements. Liaise with Venue Managers, Chefs and Hostess in relation to necessary follow-up on reservations and special menus. Maintain communication with all departments to ensure VIP customer service needs are met. Join the service team when VIPs or board members dine at venues. Make sure appropriate discounts are applied accordingly. Assist with service at venues and engage guests in conversation about dining experiences at the hotel.
