To support the Secondary Operations Supervisor in supervising team members to ensure that production targets are met in a safe and compliant manner.
Specific Responsibilities
Team Supervision Assign tasks and monitor performance Train new employees and support skill development Effectively manage any conduct or performance issues with the support of the Supervisor and/or Departmental Manager. Production Management Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved working with ATD & TOCMonitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes as needed Appropriately escalate any machine breakdowns or production issuesOperate machinery as required Quality Ensure quality procedures are understood and being adhered toWork with quality teams to address defects or improvements Health & Safety Lead by example in promoting the EHS culture, ensure all team members are compliant with safety procedures to include PPE a...
