What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of recruitment consultants
• Driving team targets, performance, and revenue growth
• Winning new business and expanding client relationships
• Leading by example through active billing and business development
• Coaching consultants on sourcing, client engagement, and closing deals
• Monitoring team pipeline, forecasts, and monthly performance metrics
• Ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality candidates to clients
• Building a strong, motivated, and high-performance team culture

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of recruitment, sales, or business development experience
• Proven track record of consistent billing and achieving targets
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience (advantageous)
• Strong business development and client engagement skills
