Purpose of the Role:
As our new Claims Team Leader, you will lead, engage with, develop and motivate a team of Claims Consultants to deliver exceptional customer service within a fast-paced and highly regulated call centre environment.
This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to achieving high performance and continuous improvement.
You will:
Develop, coach & motivate a team, and lead them to execute a high standard of service and process adherence
Monitor and support the management of a portfolio of claims, including:
Workload prioritisation and allocation
Claim review and authorisation
Technical product, process and system and compliance support
