Job Description:

The purpose of this position is to be responsible for the real-time tracking and follow-up of all transport vehicles, including trucks, trailers, containers, and military vehicles.

The definition of success for this role is that 100% of all assigned vehicles arrive complete and on time, in accordance with the approved schedule.

This position holds full accountability for the success or failure of vehicle arrivals and adherence to scheduled timing.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively track and follow up on all assigned vehicles from departure until final destination.
• Maintain continuous communication with drivers via phone calls, messaging applications, or other available communication channels.
• Ensure drivers clearly understand the pickup point, destination, assigned route, and required arrival time.
