**Position Summary**
To ensure effective management of factory operations with a focus on people development, compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and maintaining high-quality manufacturing processes. The role is responsible for coaching employees, enforcing standard operating procedures, ensuring smooth factory operations, and coordinating timely product launches in line with business objectives.

**A Day in the Life…**

+ Ensure timely deployment of the People Development Plan and assure team competencies through proper training, equipment use, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
+ Enforce strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) by all personnel within the shift.
