Responsibilities

Locala Community Dental Services (CDS) are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader to provide operational leadership and support across our dental services. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering high‑quality patient care and leading teams to achieve excellence.

As Team Leader, you will work closely with clinicians, dental nurses and administrative staff to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of services. You will promote a positive working culture, support service development, and ensure that patients receive safe, effective and compassionate care.
