JOB SUMMARY:

Leads and manages the daily operational execution and deliverables of the human resources shared function, with a focus on the employment life cycle, including talent attraction, hiring, development, retention, HRIS/data management, and offboarding processes. Ensure high quality, efficient service delivery while fostering team engagement and performance.

Collaborates with key stakeholders to enhance the overall employee experience, maintain strict confidentiality, and support the achievement of organizational goals. Additionally, handles individual and ad hoc tasks related to talent, onboarding, and data management administration to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
