Position: Holiday Park Team Leader at Whakatāne Riverside Holiday Park, Whakatane, New Zealand. Reference: . Full time, 40 hours per week.

About the role

Your focus will be on leading the team through experience and example to deliver and maintain a safe, cost efficient, and motivated environment geared toward providing memorable guest experiences. You will support team operations, business promotion and training to meet financial and non‑financial performance indicators. Responsibilities include promoting the park through social media, direct marketing, promotions, radio advertisement and maintaining the Holiday Park website in conjunction with WDC marketing.

About you

• 4 years' experience in the Hospitality accommodation sector, prior experience with Motels and Holiday Parks is highly regarded
