To personally ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction for all guests, to ensure a high level of productivity and cost minimization, and to ensure Associates remain motivated and engaged in their roles.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
