About Centrecare

Centrecare is a not-for-profit organisation with just over 300 employees and is committed to delivering quality professional counselling, support, accommodation, mediation, and training services: in over 11 locations across the Perth Metro, Goldfields and Bunbury region.

This position is based at our Gosnells office and is one of two Team Leader roles overseeing and guiding the Entrypoint suite of services, with particular focus on Entrypoint Early Intervention & Prevention and Homelessness Services Connectors.
