Role Overview

Lead an administrative claims team and drive service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee internal and external SLAs, ensuring claims and administrative processes are delivered accurately and efficiently in accordance with required timelines.
  • Use data and reporting insights to monitor performance, capacity and trends, and support informed decision‑making.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen processes and improve the consistency of claims administration practices.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures and training documentation while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
