The Team Leader, Audience Development – Malaysia will lead a dynamic team responsible for driving delegate and attendee acquisition for IDC’s events across Southeast Asia. This role combines leadership, strategy, and execution — ensuring each event attracts the right mix of senior IT and business leaders, delivering exceptional value to clients and sponsors. What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor the Audience Development team to meet regional attendee targets.
Develop and execute strategic acquisition campaigns across email, digital, and direct outreach channels.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to define audience segmentation and value propositions.
Establish KPIs and performance tracking metrics for acquisition effectiveness.
Oversee data management, CRM optimization, and quality control for audience lists.
