Role & responsibilities

• Conduct daily toolbox talks covering production targets, safety, and quality requirements.
• Ensure production follows approved cutting lists and component requirements for furniture
• Monitor dimensional accuracy to support seamless downstream assembly and packaging
• Ensure proper identification, sorting, and movement of components for flatpack readiness
• Plan and organize manpower, materials, and machines before the start of production.
• Monitor and control daily production activities to meet output targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with Stores, Logistics, Maintenance, Safety, and Quality departments.
• Supervise and guide technicians to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Track and ensure availability of materials to avoid production delays.
