The
Sales Team Leadis responsible for driving team performance, coaching sales representatives, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. This role focuses on daily operations management, performance improvement, and developing a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed targets
Monitor daily performance metrics (sales, conversion, AHT, productivity) and ensure goals are met
Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and regular performance reviews
Conduct call listening sessions and identify opportunities for improvement
Support the onboarding and training of new hires
Handle escalations and provide resolutions for complex customer concerns
