**Description**
We are looking for a Print Team Leader to coordinate the daily press activities while maintaining safety adherence, quality, and productivity to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
**Shift:** 2nd shift, 3p-11p, Mon-Fri
**Pay:** $25.15 + .50 shift differential = $25.65
*Minimum of five years manufacturing experience with in-depth knowledge of Flexography and Flexible Packaging and leadership experience is required*
**Essential Duties and Tasks:**
+ Collaborate with Plant Shift Supervisors to plant shift activities related to safety, crew scheduling, and performance to ensure production, quality, and performance standards are met.
+ Ensure department managers are updated and apprised of all matters affecting moral, staffing, productivity, quality, equipment failures, etc.
+ Communicate equipment malfunctions for corrective action.
+ Support and guide team members on troubleshooting production issues.
