Job Summary
Lead the growth of merchant acquisition and market share by developing business plans, setting sales targets, and managing the Acquiring Sales Team. Mentor sales personnel and collaborate with management to drive sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to increase merchant acquisition and expand market share
- Set clear sales targets and design incentive structures to motivate the Acquiring Sales Team
- Lead the Acquiring Sales Team to acquire new merchants and manage existing merchant accounts effectively
- Train and coach sales personnel to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate closely with management to foster sustainable business growth and a positive team environment
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or management
