For one of our clients active in the Life Insurance and Group Insurance sector, we are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Policy Servicing & Underwriting to provide operational backfilling support within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As Team Lead, you will oversee the Policy Servicing & Underwriting team, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with internal controls and timely delivery of activities in line with regulatory requirements and service level agreements.

Main Responsibilities

  Coordinate the Policy Servicing & Underwriting team to ensure the completion of weekly deliverables within agreed timelines and service standards

  Execute internal
