ROLE PURPOSE : The Team Lead - Bath Advisors is the first-line sales leader responsible for driving revenue through a team of 6-8 onground Bath Advisors. Operating within a short revenue cycle, this role demands an equal focus on daily sales execution and disciplined process adherence. The Team Lead is the critical bridge between the Sales Head's strategic direction and the team floor delivery, ensuring every advisor is equipped, motivated, and held accountable to meet individual and team targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Sales Drive & Revenue Achievement Own the team's monthly and quarterly; cascade individual targets to each Bath Advisor. ● Actively co-sell with advisors to accelerate closures. ● Monitor daily order pipelines and intervene early when targets are at risk same day, not end of week. ● Analyse daily/weekly sales data, identify conversion bottlenecks, and course-correct in real time. 2.
