Role Overview

As an Operational Excellence Consultant, your role will be to assist the coaching leadership transform their coaching community from a traditional Team Agile Coach approach to their new empowered, self‑organizing coaching group approach. The role is to support the training and ongoing implementation of the new coaching way of working as well as to be a support for the coaching group(s) within a specific Portfolio of products. The role requires an independent thinker, who knows software Agile practices in depth, but can also act as a mentor and trainer.
