GSL are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support students within a SEN school setting across the key stages. This role involves working closely with teachers and support staff to help students access the curriculum, build confidence, develop independence, and achieve their full academic and personal potential.

You will support students with a range of learning needs and abilities, helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every young person can thrive and succeed.
