The Teaching and Learning Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing teaching and learning at MBZUAI by designing and supporting evidence-based instructional strategies, guidelines, and policies, and contributing to faculty development initiatives. The specialist also supports the center’s activities by coordinating events, liaising with external speakers and collaborators, conducting research, preparing and disseminating content for the center’s internal and external communications in collaboration with staff and faculty, and proposing new initiatives. The specialist collaborates closely with faculty, staff, and external experts to promote high-impact teaching practices and ensure student engagement and success.
