QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited teacher education programCertificates, Licenses, or Registrations: State of Michigan Teaching Certification, certified to teach General ZG K-5 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned by principal):
Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that are in accordance with established procedures and facilitate active and engaged learning.Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust educational strategies accordingly.Build a conceptual understanding while supporting students at a variety of ability levels. Collaborate with colleagues to define classroom success.Communicate regularly with parents/guardians, students, and colleagues regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
