Responsibilities

• Maintains a high standard of academic excellence in accordance with the vision and mission of the school and the methodology of Integral Formation
• Plans, prepares and delivers lesson plans in accordance with the approved curriculum and methodology
• Motivates students to continual personal improvement
• Assesses student work and gives timely and appropriate feedback
• Maintains regular and professional communication with parents concerning student academic progress and integral formation
• Maintains constant supervision and discipline among the students in their care inside and outside of the classroom
• Maintains an effective and formative learning environment according to school guidelines
• Maintains appropriate records of student development and progress
• Intent on enhancing their professional skills by keeping updated with new methods, resources and developments
