Te Hiringa Matua is dedicated to supporting hapu mama and whānau affected by alcohol and other drugs. Our mission is to empower families through Mātauranga Māori healing practices, ensuring holistic support that resonates with our community's values and traditions.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mataora/Registered Clinician to join our dynamic team of Mataora. In this pivotal role, you will provide clinical oversight, guidance, and support, advocate for, and collaborate with our team members to foster a culture of healing and resilience among whānau in distress throughout Te Tairawhiti.

This is a full‑time position based in Gisborne and East Coast Communities – Te Tairawhiti. Integrating professional clinical practice with kaupapa Māori approaches, including Mahi a Atua, in alignment with Te Hiringa Matua’s Model of Care.
