Tax Supervisor

What You'll Do:

• Prepare complex tax returns and review work prepared by junior staff
• Guide and mentor junior tax team members
• Support tax planning strategies and compliance
• Research current tax laws and stay up to date on changes
• Communicate with clients and help manage project timelines and budgets
• Participate in professional development and pursue CPA or EA certification

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's in Accounting (advanced degree a plus)
• CPA or EA licensed or actively pursuing
• Minimum 4 years of tax preparation experience in public accounting
