Job Description

• Performs regular compliance activities including preparation of tax returns, financial reports, account schedules, summary lists, sworn statements, and other required attachments. Ensures timely submissions and payments of these requirements with the different regulatory agencies(BIR, SEC, BOI, Local Government Unit)
• Liaises directly with regulatory agencies in relation to registration, audit, application of certifications, refund, and other compliance related issues or initiatives.
• Provides documentary requirements, analyses, and reconciliations, and coordinates with the company's consultants, lawyer and auditors for the completion of various statutory audits, transfer pricing study, expatriate PH taxation, VAT refund application, and other tax-related initiatives.
