Core Role Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of 2-5 finance professionals
• Ensure timely and accurate computation, payment, and filing of all direct taxes (e.g., corporate income tax, advance tax, TDS) and indirect taxes (e.g., GST)
• Review Corporate Income Tax, TDS and GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-8 ), reconciliations, and input tax credit (ITC) eligibility.
• Handle income tax assessments, scrutiny cases, rectifications, appeals, and notices.
• Handle GST audits, departmental queries, notices, and litigation.
• Ensure compliance with withholding tax (TDS) on interest to lenders, debenture holders, and vendors.
