Our client is a household name in the media sector is searching for a Group Tax Manager to join the tax team in London.
As a Group Tax Manager, you will be a part of the wider Group Finance function and report directly to the Head of Tax and have a lot of exposure to the CFO. Some of your responsibilities include:
Tax disclosures for inclusion in the financial statements of all UK entities, and review of tax accounting workings of our European territoriesYear-end tax consolidation under IFRS for the group accountsLiaison and clearing queries with external auditorsPeriodic cash tax forecasting for UK and European entitiesCritically review the reporting process periodically and making recommendations as the tax profile of the group changes over timeManaging the preparation of the UK corporation tax computations alongside the external tax consultant for all UK entitiesInterest deductibility, inc...
