Summary:

Information Reporting - Primary point person surrounding the Convey Compliance, Inc. software used for information reporting.

• Responsible for importing a large volume of tax files into compliance software annually - various 1099 forms, 5498, W2G, and 1042-S.
• Issue approx. 500,000+ tax forms annually. (10 legal entities - approx. $60mil withholding tax)
• IRS penalty exposure associated with this task = $25mil+.
• E-File to the IRS 40+ original and corrected files annually.
