Tax Advisor
We will count on you to:
Support the NZ Tax Manager with tax compliance responsibilities across Mercer Funds in New Zealand, including income tax and PIE tax compliance.
Collaborate with external tax advisors, registry and custodians to ensure accurate tax information and compliance.
Review annual income tax provisions, trust distributions, tax statements, and unit pricing tax accruals in line with policies.
Ensure Funds operate within relevant tax policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks.
Contribute to tax-related initiatives such as new business proposals, fund restructures, and product projects.
