Job Title AI & Automation Manager
Primary Purpose The AI & Automation Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling intelligent automation and AI‑driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision quality, and employee productivity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements - Strong hands‑on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Proven delivery experience using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, attended/unattended bots)
- Experience in process discovery, documentation, exception handling, and bot performance optimization
- Practical experience with Generative AI assistants built on LLMs, such as:
- Enterprise ChatGPT, Claude Enterprise, Microsoft CoPilot M365, Perplexity, or similar
- Designing prompt strategies, reusable templates, and user‑facing AI workflows
- Applying GenAI to real business use cases
