Mid Cal Labor is looking for a Crew Lead for a local Tank Clean and Maintenance Company.




SUMMARY

This position involves performing regular, in-depth preventive maintenance and repair tasks on tanks, vessels, and oilfield equipment.




ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 




-Clean DMV 

-Participate in all Safety meetings 

-Participate in all work plans to be job-ready the next day

- Complete daily Job Safety Analysis (JSA), conduct equipment walkarounds, and handle permits.

-Communicate clearly with operations and send updates as the work and day progress

- Conduct both minor and major repairs on tanks and equipment, with major repairs undertaken under the supervision of company.

- Perform preventative maintenance on tanks and vessels.

- Clean and inspect tanks, vessels, and associated oil field equipment.
