This role is heavily focused on candidate sourcing and pipeline generation, not full-cycle recruitment. The primary objective is to identify, engage, and deliver a high volume of qualified candidates for recruiters to assess.
The ideal candidate has strong agency recruitment experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can consistently generate 200+ qualified candidates per week across multiple roles.
