PAY RANGE: $45 - $75/hr.



TOP 3 SKILLS:

• 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, including at least 2+ years supporting semiconductor R&D, hardware engineering, or silicon engineering roles (GPU, SoC, RTL, Design Verification, Physical Design, Architecture).


• Proven experience sourcing passive semiconductor talent across competitive markets using Boolean search, talent mapping, market research, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.


• Demonstrated success filling or supporting searches for highly technical roles in semiconductor engineering functions (e.g., GPU, SoC, RTL, DV, physical design).
