8+ years of experience in HR, with a mix of talent acquisition and HR business partnering / people ops.Experience in product/SaaS, fintech, consulting, or high-growth tech startups where the bar for talent and pace is high.Hands-on experience in setting up or significantly improving HR processes, policies, and tools in a lean environment.
