POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Talent Onboarding Administrator coordinates with the recruiters regarding hiring updates, reports creation, onboarding requirements, updating of recruitment databases, provides support in the implementation of recruitment. This position ensures that all pertinent candidate information is captured within the assigned database.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Obtain all necessary approvals prior to finalizing employment contracts.
•Ensure that all employment contracts and any other legal paperwork are being sent out with accuracy to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
•Facilitation of employment contract discussion with identified candidates.
•Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of onboarding materials and coordination of orientation schedules.
