Partnering with an esteemed client in hiring a Talent Management Specialist to be part of the HR team. This will be an individual contributor role focusing on young talent hire portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with key stakeholders in developing the global Talent Management strategy
- Execute Talent Management processes, frameworks, systems, programme, and initiatives to support business growth in the talent pool
- Spearhead Management Associate Program, Scholarship Schemes, Assessment and Selection, Talent Development, Attraction and Engagement
- Support the development of individual roadmaps by facilitating and tracking talent rotations, monitoring progress of development plans, and conducting career conversations to guide professional growth
- Analyse related data and metrics to derive insights on effectiveness of talent management programmes
