            Responsibilities Support the administration and smooth execution of performance management cycles – goal setting, quarterly reviews, and annual reviews. 
Maintain trackers, documentation, frameworks and guidelines related to performance processes. 
Consolidate performance data, identify recurring themes or patterns and prepare summaries for review discussions. 
Support follow‑ups on action items arising from performance cycles. 
Succession Planning Maintain and update succession planning data, role mappings and readiness trackers. 
Support talent review processes by preparing data dashboards and discussion material. 
Track development actions for succession‑ready or high‑potential employees and follow up on progress. 
Conduct research and benchmark to support succession and talent discussions.
