We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Market Talent Intelligence Lead to drive a German speaking talent strategy across Poland and potentially expanding this in the future to wider EMEA markets.
This role combines two core priorities:

• Owning and developing institutional partnerships that create long-term multilingual talent pipelines and market presence. 
• Leading talent intelligence and market mapping strategy focused on German-speaking talent populations across Europe.
