This role will lead the bank’s talent and leadership development efforts by creating and delivering programs that strengthen individual and team capabilities. It identifies training needs and develops strategies through in‑house learning and external partnerships.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

1. Leads talent and leadership development function in partnership with the SVP/Human Resources and Senior Management by designing, selecting and/or conducting leadership and teambuilding materials.

2. Analyzes training needs to design employee development strategies and partners with outside professional associations and colleges to develop individuals and teams within the bank. Develops and/or conducts in-house training/workshops as needed.
