The Talent Acquisitions Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and onboarding new employees. Additional tasks include maintaining employee records, providing onboarding administrative support, and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives. The position follows U.S. Eastern Time business hours, generally Monday through Friday.
