Talent Acquisition Specialist - Pre-boarding (Project Based)
- Monitoring pre-employment requirements and checks including background verification and medical exam.
- Sending employment agreement to the candidates.
- Building and maintaining strong working relations with recruiters, hiring managers and all other internal and external stakeholders ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Managing daily recruitment process queries and issues, ensuring all are addressed efficiently, and escalating when necessary.
Requirements:
- A BA/BS degree with recruitment administration experience.
