Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in strengthening our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), attracting top academic and non‑academic talent to our schools, building strong talent pipelines, and enhancing employee engagement and retention. This role focuses on partnering with our schools to ensure they are staffed with highly capable, motivated individuals who embody our mission and values, while also implementing strategies to maximize talent potential and support performance excellence.
