Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Build talent pipelines for technical and specialized roles
- Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements - Min. Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
- Min. 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Prior recruitment experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, precision engineering, data centres, microelectronics, or related industries preferred
