The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for commercial and technology roles, supporting company continued growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates for commercial roles (e.g., sales, marketing, BD) and AI Technology roles in the education industry.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, campus recruitment, and employee referrals.
